The Private Pilot Licence is the IAANZ Pathway to the Diploma

Note: When submitting this application form, if you have answered “Permanent Resident of NZ” please send a copy of the residency page from your passport.
If you are not a NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident please complete the International Student Application Form.

Your passport/birth certificate can be verified by either a Justice of the Peace, lawyer, doctor or police officer.

Alternatively, the course coordinator can verify the original documents for you. Please bring in the original and a copy.

*For criminal convictions history forms/ Ministry of Justice form, please CLICK HERE.This is a password protected document, please either send us the password or save a copy of a non password protected document.

You should allow up to 20 working days to receive these two reports.

Please forward the reports as soon as you have received them back, so we can attach to your application.

Please note that if you have lived outside New Zealand for a period longer than 6 months over the last five years then you will need to provide a criminal conviction and Land Transport reports from the relevant country/countries. IAANZ do not provide the required application forms for overseas reports, we suggest that you contact the relevant departments for the required country/countries.

You will receive notification of your application progress within 10 working days of it being received.
