At IAANZ, we are committed to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment that prioritises the wellbeing of all our learners. This strategic plan outlines our goals, actions, and processes to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our students across all aspects of their experience with us.

2. Strategic Goals

1. Enhance Learner Wellbeing:

  • Promote mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing through a range of programs, resources, and support services tailored to the diverse needs of our learners.
  • Foster a culture of respect and inclusivity, ensuring all students feel valued and supported in their educational journey.

2. Ensure Learner Safety:

  • Maintain a secure learning environment with clear safety protocols, regular training, and effective incident management.
  • Provide safe and supportive accommodation options that meet the diverse needs of learners.

3. Integrate Cultural Responsiveness:
